Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During high volume periods such as holidays, or sale- please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed.
Shipping Times & Rates
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days once shipped. Expedited shipping will display estimated times at checkout. Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors (weather, postal delays, holidays, etc.). Once your order has been shipped, Eternalbeaute.co cannot modify the shipping method or delivery address.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Eternalbeauteco is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error before your order ships, please email us immediately at eternalbeaute.co@gmail.com while we'll do our best to assist, changes can't be guaranteed once your order has been processed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking notification via email or SMS. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update. If your tracking has not updated after 3 days, contact your local postal carrier first, then reach out to us if you still need assistance.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Eternalbeaute.co is not responsible for lost or stolen items. if your package appears missing, please check with:
- Neighbors or leasing office
- Your local post office or carrier
- Household members who may have accepted the delivery
If still unresolved, we recommend filing a claim directly with USPS,UPS or your local carrier.
Damaged Packages
We take great care to ensure your products are packaged safely. If your items arrive damaged due to shipping, please contact us at eternalbeaute.co@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged product(s) and packaging
Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, store credit, or discount code. Please note that for sanitary and hygiene reasons, most lash supplies do not need to be returned. However, in certain cases, such as large or high value orders, we may request that the damage item be returned for inspection before a replacement is issued.
We'll review the claim and arrange a replacement or store credit if applicable. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or credit, as we are unable to verify when the damages occurred. Items purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices are considered final sale and will be reviewed on a case by case basis for replacement.
Eternalbeaute.co reserves the right to deny claims that lack sufficient proof of damage or fall outside of the reporting timeframe.
