Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If your items arrived damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at eternalbeaute.co@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the damaged product(s) and packaging.
Once reviewed, we'll determine the best solution- which may include a replacement, store credit, or discount code toward a future purchase.
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or discounted events are considered final sale and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis for replacement eligibility.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued following limited circumstances:
- The item was never received due to a verified carrier issue (and not marked as delivered)
- A duplicate charge occurred during checkout
- The customer was sent the incorrect item due to an error on our end.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after confirmation. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the funds.
All Sales are Final
Due to the sanitary and hygienic nature of our lash products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed and shipped. This policy applies to all lash trays, adhesives, tweezers, liquids, tools, and accessories.
