What is the best way to contact you?

You can contact us via text message (201)-589-0474 for all inquiries or via email (eternalbeaute.co@gmail.com). Contacting us via Instagram or Facebook is not the best form as we do not receive message request.

What are the shop's business hours?

Sun: 7am-3pm

Monday: 7am-6pm

Tuesday/Thursday: CLOSED

Wednesday: 7am-10:30am, 4pm-7pm

Friday/Saturday: 8am-6pm

In-store pick up hours are posted daily on our Instagram story.

How long does processing take?

All lash product orders are processed within 1-3 business days, (Closed: Tuesday & Thursday). During the holiday season, please allow up to 5 business days for processing due to high order volume. 

What if my products arrive damaged?

If your items arrive damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at eternalbeaute.co@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the damages. We'll review and arrange a replacement if applicable.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns or exchanges. You are allowed to exchange a product if the item has not been used or opened. We only replace items that are defective or damaged during shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic U.S shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after processing. 

My package says delivered, but I did not receive it. What should I do?

If your package is marked delivered but not found, please check with neighbors, your leasing office, or local post office. Once a package is marked "delivered," Eternalbeauteco is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend filing a direct claim with your local carrier.  

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear. 

Do you offer in-store pick ups?

Yes, if you are interested in picking up at one of our locations, please choose "Pick up In Store" delivery option at checkout. Once your order has been placed please wait for a "Ready for Pickup" text message to be sent to the number associated with your order.

My adhesive isn't working like before-What can I do?

Retention issues can happen due to temperature, humidity, or improper storage. Ensure your workspace is between 68-72°F with humidity 40-60%, and shake your adhesive for 30-60 seconds before each use.

What's the shelf life of the adhesive?

Unopened bottles last up to 6 months. Once opened, we recommend replacing every 4-6 weeks for optimal performance.

How should I store my lash adhesive?

Keep your adhesive sealed tightly in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and humidity. For best results, store in an airtight container or with silica packs.
